2023 saw a record number of attendees over the weekend and we estimate the attendance of around circa 6000. We are a not-for-profit organisation and have to be entirely self-funding, which we can’t do without the generous support of our volunteers, partners and sponsors. If we are lucky enough to cover our costs, any surplus goes straight to one of our selected charities, so the more sponsors we have, the more we are able to give to our charities.

The event is the most high profile event of Olney’s calendar year, taking place centrally on the Market Place. Attended by a huge proportion of the local residents (80% of our visitors walk to the event), this is an ideal opportunity to promote your business to the Olney population and support a much loved event.
